Waqar Siraj: Managing Director & Coach
Waqar’s passion is people. His key skill is in enabling individuals and teams achieve success through unlocking their unique potential. Prior to founding UpReach he has spent 9 years in the IT industry working in sales, business development, strategic consulting and training. Over the last 5 years Waqar has been dedicated to developing himself and others. He has a degree in Ancient History from the University of London (BA Hons).
Professional qualifications and training include Emotional Intelligence Accreditation (Hay Group), Myers Briggs Certification (OPP), FIRO-B Certification (OPP), Effective Coaching Programme (LORE Institute), Advanced Coaching Programme (LORE Institute), Train the Trainer (Matchett Group) and Transactional Analysis (Berne Institute).
As well as playing cricket in the summer, Waqar spends his spare time tutoring in philosophy and developing training courses for the Lucca Leadership Trust.
Kate Frost: Operations Director
Kate deals with all matters operational. Her 6 years of Marketing Management at L’Oreal, her Masters in Chemistry (Oxford), and her degree in Ayurveda (MAYUR) ensure that most eventualities are covered! Kate also lends her own coaching expertise to UpReach.

Mark helps companies achieve their best through the vehicle of performance. Mark has been performing Taiko drumming for over 15 years and currently teaches and performs worldwide. He first studied Taiko with the Tennon Daiko drummers of Wakayama prefecture in Southern Japan. His teachers included Katsuji Kondo, former front man of the world famous Kodo drummers.
